When we first started making wines 20 years ago, from time to time, a visitor would show up at our door with the peculiar notion of tasting the wines and perhaps purchasing them from the winery. Who were we to argue? We would find a clean glass, a couple of stools, and sit down for a taste and long talk about Bordeaux, the Rhone Valley and how they inspire our wines. Back then, the idea that we would have our biggest fans receiving our wines across the country on a regular basis was a foreign one. We've come a long way. . .
